Ketchup? A-1? Nothing?

P.S. I almost always put ketchup on my steaks. Unless I go to Manny's in the cities. Its the only steak I have ever had where it felt like a sin to put ANYTHING on the steak!

A1 or if it is cooked right NOTHING! Ketchup is GROSS!
I like all kinds of steak. I'm not an A-1 fan, but Heinz 57 or ranch dressing I will allow.
As long as I get steak, I'm pretty happy regardless of condiments or not.

A good steak should have NOTHING on between me and my tongue....Nude, Nada, In the buff, In it's birthday suit...
Now, with that said.... I can not imagine steak without sautéed onions and mushrooms....
Oops... I meant nothing on between IT and my tongue...
Cuz eating steak while in the nude... that's just plain weird...

Great question. I have come to like BBQ sauce on mine. I've never loved A1.

None on mine. Hubby likes HP Steak Sauce on the side - which I think is just a UK/Canadian thing?

Hubby used this recipe the other day to marinate them and they were amazing. More amazing than the fact he actually was in the kitchen making food. He didn't put in the liquid smoke because it sounded weird. Also, we don't own any and don't know where that would be in the grocery store.

Salt and Pepper on steak. I did the restaurant thing for 8 years and can grill a mean steak. To this work of art ruined by some glop is a heinous crime.
